Fearing the worst, Husband and I, both Seniors, went last year and got all the shots appropriate for our age. Now I couldn't schedule Covid at Walgreens until Sept 4. Maybe they get the vax then? My friends from all over are telling me their pharmacies don't have Covid yet.

As a Houstonian I was really proud how the city helped and opened their arms to helping thousands of the displaced. I had friends in the Nola area who later laughed that Houston did that "you can keep them" and more. That was 20 years ago and I haven't talked to them since.

Sometime they can't. Depends how FDA sets it up. With an autoimmune disease during Covid I wanted to get the RSV shot but "wasn't old enough." They said the "computer wouldn't allow it." Whatever that meant. I'd have to go to my Dr and either get a note or hope she had access to it.
