Maybe I'm outdated in my law enforcement rules, but since when has it been acceptable for law enforcement members to decline and/or refuse to identify him/herself? And to not show the law enforcement member's name on their uniform?
I'm probably slow, but really, what does it matter what gender the person is if the person is working there? If I was the manager or supervisor of the business, my most important issue is whether that person is a good worker or not, & whether that person is a positive asset or not to the business.
