Well to be clear no new stove of any fuel is affordable but induction even more unaffordable though some rebates coming here in MI to help. We are getting the word out but let’s all be honest.

Maybe but it also makes other people who can’t reply feel like they’re standing in a room of people talking and they go to speak and suddenly can’t say anything. It can be slightly offensive and maybe depressing for some. In my view, the algorithms shouldn’t show me something if I can’t respond.

My only thought is to of course increase transit rides within a quarter mile distance from every location of our projects. Make sure there’s a park within a half a mile walk from all the projects. These will all increase the LEED points. Bike lanes that connect to community resources.

The US mandates nothing to my knowledge. Most building code is state or local but I don’t get into stairs other than advising their reduction and elimination where possible.
I mean I agree with everything you said minus the stairs. I see many of these buildings and what’s going down and I’m sorry to say but I’m not worried about stairs as much. Not saying that wouldn’t help!
