They can wear kerchiefs if they want and many women have been wearing them since 1921. They also have a traditional round hat many wear on the head. They’re covering their hair for religious modesty but not wrapping their heads and shoulders. Chador was banned in Central Asia after Soviet Civil War

One of the only good things bolsheviks did was ban the chador and give women equal rights. In Central Asia they didn’t really have equal rights but they didn’t have to wear veils or long robes anymore. Instead they wore kerchiefs and dresses just below the knee.

We have both anesthetists and anesthesiologists in the US. Anesthetists are nurses or PAs. Anesthesiologists are MDs. Many outpatient procedures are done by anesthetists - colonoscopies, eg. Open heart surgery would probably use an anesthesiologist.

I don’t think it’s AFib. Vascular insufficiency is very prone to phlebitis and blood clots in the legs. I think he has INR drawn every month to adjust anticoagulation dose to prevent leg clots. Venous insufficiency is painful btw and can interfere with with sleep. Trump already has sleep problem
