So..Trying to maintain at least 160g of protein intake per day to fortify workouts. I think I am getting more kitchen exercise than the gym! Breakfast- 2 eggs, kefir smoothie & blueberries, bowl of oatmeal. After gym - make lunch (Chicken, rice, broccoli), then prep dinner-steak, potatoes, salad

If gerrymandering succeeds in Texas there will be no democratic party. Newsome Is setting the stage for California to redistrict to avoid Texas gaining 5 seats. The administration has not been reigned in or impacted yet.. but if they can’t win the house seats, they will indeed be impacted.

That’s great! Chocolate is the least offensive.. (dark chocolate, no added sugar) and really kills A craving! I do frozen raspberries with whole oatmeal and nothing else.. it is so sweet you may find that a great breakfast treat! Purple grapes are another great sweet treat and better than green.
