In what world is this a possible consequence for a children’s game? It’s annoying, but how many of us played doorbell ditch, or god forbid went pool hopping as a teenager? I’m sure I annoyed some neighbors, but a minor annoyance shouldn’t be a reason to kill a kid.
If it’s an emergency, why wait months to declare it? Unless of course it’s just for show. Emergencies would be critical to address the moment they are recognized, sort of like a cat 5 hurricane hitting a major metropolitan area.

I find it difficult to believe there are any remaining military targets that require 2,000 lb bombs remaining. Civilians and societal infrastructure losses are unacceptably high. I fear the current military campaigns have created many more future soldiers than they have eliminated.
You know government shouldn’t be so interested in children’s genitalia. If there are issues locally they can be dealt with locally. Government should be focused on broader issues to promote the welfare of the economy and families.
Paying taxes should not be so onerous that people need computer programs or accountants. The tax code should be simplified in a way that eliminates loopholes for wealthier people, and is neutral to middle or lower wage earners.
