Huh, these "affluent" jurors never seemed to have any problem issuing indictments from 2013-2016, when there were 685,750 grand juries convened in DC and indictments issued in all but 44 cases. The jury pool is the same; the only change is the prosecutor overcharging without adequate evidence.

For the record, our division commander BANNED things called “presence patrols” in Iraq. “If you don’t have a specific task & purpose, your ‘presence’ doesn’t do anything.” National Guard stating they are now doing presence patrols in DC. A complete waste of soldier’s time & effort.
