i worked in a large building that was near the route of an anti-capitalist march and was asked to send out an email to everyone in the department saying things may get interesting so stay home that day if you like. my entire email was in lowercase because i thought it appropriate. nobody noticed.

Count how many people you meet in the next hour to get an average, then multiply it by 265,000. Ish. And it's no good saying it's dark and nighttime and raining, so less people around and it doesn't count.

Law requires explaining what you're thinking to a judge, colleague, jury, client etc so any argument or process has to be legally valid and comprehensible to a layperson. Which means you asking them to go over why or how they thought of something is exactly what would happen in the real world. :)

AI is great for pattern matching, so after training give it an xray and it'll spot the cancer (etc). But people using it as an encyclopedia to find knowledge aren't going to get reliable answers because it'll just hallucinate, the pattern it's using in that case is "looks like plausible English".

The key word here is 'shoot' because although some people can legally possess guns eg farmers, it's not at all common. So yes you would probably be arrested for firing at someone even if you completely missed, let alone injuring or killing. However what happens next is up to the police and courts.
