Right with you. We rescued several kittens recently. Got them checked up, dewormed, flea baths. Got them to a healthy weight. Played and socialized. Wonderful personalities - very pretty markings and coats. I couldn't hold back tears as we gave them up for adoption. But we gave them a good start.

I'm not following. The 10 year marker is because redistricting is tied to Census data. We're not looking at redistricting because IT systems can be more granular. It's because there's a midterm and it is statistically and politically worrying to the Trump Administration.

There's a potential messaging loss being repeated here. Decreased inflation or a "strong economy" doesn't mean folks are feeling economic certainty. Historic decreased crime rates doesn't mean crime doesn't exist. There's a dishonest message jamming in play. But the message has to be careful.
